How The Movement Project Began

I didn’t plan to become a personal trainer—my journey began when I got hurt in the gym. After a serious knee injury, I was left in pain, frustrated, and without many helpful answers from doctors. As a result, I started digging. I studied movement, alignment, and muscular imbalances until I finally figured out how to get myself moving again—without pain.
That journey changed everything. Eventually, I became a certified personal trainer and chose to specialize in corrective fitness. Over time, I found myself helping others who, like me, had felt overlooked by traditional fitness or overwhelmed by chronic discomfort.
Today, Movement Project exists for exactly that purpose: to help people move better, live stronger, and feel capable in their own bodies. Whether you’re just starting out, working your way back, or trying to stay ahead of injury, I’m here to guide you—through evidence-based training, soft tissue support, and real-world experience.
