Massage Therapy

Hands-on service focuses on muscle tension, fascia tightness, and movement restrictions

My approach to massage therapy blends structure with heart. I believe healing happens best when clients feel both supported and empowered. With a strong foundation in corrective work and functional movement, I focus on addressing the root causes of tension and imbalance, helping you move more freely and recover more fully.

At the same time, I bring warmth and presence into every session. My goal isn’t just to relieve pain — it’s to create a space where you feel seen, encouraged, and renewed. Whether you’re here to release stress, recover from injury, or simply restore balance, each session is designed to meet you where you are and guide you forward.

Clients often leave not only with less tension in their body, but with more energy, clarity, and confidence in how they move through life. My practice is about lasting change — helping you feel better today while building strength and resilience for tomorrow.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a classic, full-body style of massage that uses flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and light to medium pressure to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. It’s often the perfect choice if you’re new to massage or simply want a calming, restorative experience.

During a Swedish massage, you’ll typically be undressed to your comfort level (most clients choose to remove all clothing) and covered with a sheet or blanket for privacy. Only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time. Massage oil or lotion is applied directly to the skin to allow smooth, gliding movements.

You can expect a session that feels soothing, unrushed, and deeply relaxing — helping reduce stress, loosen tight muscles, and leave you with an overall sense of balance and renewal.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is an ancient healing practice that blends assisted stretching, rhythmic pressure, and gentle joint mobilization to release tension and increase mobility. Often described as “lazy yoga,” it’s both relaxing and invigorating, helping you move more freely while calming the nervous system.

For your session, I’ll provide a pair of loose-fitting clothes to wear, since Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat. No oils or lotions are used. Using hands, elbows, knees, and feet, I’ll guide you through supported stretches and apply pressure along the body’s energy lines.

This style of bodywork is especially beneficial for athletes or anyone looking to improve flexibility, recover from training, or enjoy the benefits of deep, guided stretching alongside massage.
