  1. What types of training do you offer?
    I specialize in corrective fitness, weight loss, and functional fitness. I also have strong experience in strength training and flexibility. Whether you’re training to move better, feel better, or get stronger, I’ve got a plan for you.
  2. Do you work with beginners?
    Absolutely! I love working with beginners. There’s something amazing about hitting new personal records and watching someone gain confidence. I focus on keeping you safe and consistent, so progress feels good — not intimidating.
  3. Do you offer virtual or remote coaching?
    Yes! I offer both in-person and virtual training. For remote coaching, I use a dedicated app that allows us to stay connected and lets me guide you through your workouts safely and effectively.
  4. How often should I train with you per week?
    That depends on your goals and where you’re starting from. Over time, my goal is to “teach you how to fish” — so you won’t need me forever. But I’ll make sure you’re supported and safe every step of the way.
  5. Do you create personalized programs?
    Absolutely. I build your program around what you enjoy, your strengths, and your areas for growth. If a program isn’t built for you, it’s much harder to stick with it — so everything I do is customized.
  6. How long are your sessions?
    Sessions are typically an hour, but I’m flexible depending on your needs and availability.
  7. What are your rates?
    I offer free evaluations to get started. Pricing varies depending on your goals, frequency, and training format, so the best way to get a clear answer is to reach out and chat with me directly.
  8. Do I need a gym membership?
    Nope! If we’re working in person, you’ll have access to my gym as part of our agreement. If we’re working virtually, I can build effective routines that require little or no equipment at all.
  9. Can you help with nutrition or meal planning?
    Yes — to a point. I hold a basic nutrition certification and can absolutely help with guidance, habits, and general tips. But I can’t prescribe specific meal plans — for that, you’ll want to speak with a doctor or dietitian.
  10. What is your cancellation policy?
    If you cancel with at least two hours’ notice, there’s no fee. However, a $20 charge applies for no-shows or last-minute cancellations without warning.

While I don’t teach CrossFit, I train clients out of CrossFit RawSteel in SpringfieldMissouri, which generously allows me to use their facility.

I also offer flexible options to meet you where you are — including in-home sessions, online coachingremote app-based training, or in the gym. If you’ve got a space and they’ll let me in, I’m happy to work with you there.

Currently, I serve the Springfield, MO area, but I also train clients virtually from anywhere.

I’m typically quick to respond and will get back to you within 24–48 hours. Whether you’re reaching out with questions, booking a session, or following up on a program, I do my best to reply promptly and keep communication clear.
